Mesa Energy Systems is a HVAC mechanical services company that provides fully integrated solutions for preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to provide the most efficient economic solutions to meet customer expectations.Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Summary:A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the Local Branch, its Service and Sales Teams. Tasks or support requested will include, but not be limited to job walk or site visits to gather information related to equipment or projects. Assist sales team with preparing proposals for new and existing customers as well as following up with open proposals. Complete project delivery binders, support the maintenance contract renewal process, perform certain administrative tasks related to customer support and other tasks as assigned by Sales Management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and or complete written scopes of work related to maintenance or service work being quotedAttend all maintenance contract renewal meetingsSupport preparation of bid temps and proposals related to maintenance contractsCommunicate with sales account managers regarding renewals being addressedComplete site visits to gather information required to better serve our customersCommunicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quotedInteract with Departments within Mesa as needed to complete assigned tasksAmend, adjust, change scopes, bid temps, presentation documents, etc. as required orPrepare booking packages for work quoted and sold by CSR or as requested by managementAttend maintenance all maintenance sales trainingPresent new technology and enhanced PM services when presented with an opportunityReport all findings, customer opinions, pictures and results to company leadershipMaintain constant communication with Branch, Service, or Sales person beingFirst 3 months onboarding should include on-site visit with field personal to understand/educate CSR on HVAC terminology needed to put together an effective proposal.First 6 months to shadow sales team members & management team.Attend and participate in sales meetingsProspect and identify when available new maintenance opportunities.Build rapport with new and existing customers to maintain positive relationships and trust.Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa, etcQualifications:Bachelor''s degree in business or engineering is required2+ years'' experience in customer serviceExperience in the HVAC is preferredStrong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitudeStrong computer skills using MS Office petitive natureReliable, self driven, organized, articulate, and goal orientedExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to communicate clearly, manage time effectively, multi-task, & prioritize.Able to identify different types of customer personalities and adapt/respond accordinglyCOMPANY requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
