job summary: Accounting Manager - $85,000 to $95,000 Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic and privately owned company in the Mount Joy area. This position is open due to the incumbent recently being promoted. The incumbent was also placed by our firm less than two years ago. The Accounting Manager will have a well-defined career growth path, as our client does an outstanding job of promoting and developing careers. Daily functions of the Accounting Manager will be to lead the month-end and year-end close process, review and complete account recs and general ledger accounting activities, and participate in leadership discussions pertaining to the financial budget and overall strategy of the organization. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar. A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience is also required. Public Accounting experience preferred.
