Key Responsibilities • Review all processing, underwriting, and title documents for accurate completion. Report errors to the appropriate party. • Gather information from loan file; prepare and issue closing instructions to the title company or attorneys following established procedures. Secure the preparation of closing documents using various methods. • Coordinate the funding of loan proceeds by completing and forwarding paperwork; secure the delivery of funds to the settlement agent. Approve the disbursement of monies upon review of required items. • Review signed packages; arrange files in the specified order and deliver closed loan documents to the appropriate parties.
