REMOTE!Job Details Bachelor''s Degree from a four-year college/university. Five to seven years'' experience in real estate mortgage industry. Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage lending, compliance, regulatory requirements and managing others. Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage operations including secondary marketing Proven track record of leading a large-scale mortgage operation and meeting growth targets Thorough understanding of the technology used in the mortgage industry to drive results. Ability to maintain confidentiality & strong ethical standards. Actively displays diplomacy, tact and professionalism in actions. Has the responsibility to have a cooperative and positive attitude toward members and credit union staff. Technologically savvy, competent and able to use Microsoft products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.), LOS systems and other relevant software.
