We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES:Seeking a Sr. Service Engineer with proven track record of developing and implementing world class service concepts for complex instruments. Experienced serving a global installed base and motivated by creating value for customers through superior service. Skilled in integrating design for serviceability into new product development by providing voice of the customer and service strategy feedback to product owner and scrum teams. Closely collaborated with product management teams to define service strategies that optimize profitability throughout product lifecycle. Able to expertly navigate complex problems including customer escalations. Designs and presents with impact service documentation and support materials to customers or remote service centers. Demonstrated success leading teams to implement lean quality improvement methods and expertly uses systemic problem solving to identify root causes.
