IMMEDIATELY HIRING Dispatcher! ProLogistix has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher at one of our premier warehousing clients in Plant City, FL. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible ensuring receiving orders from customers or the manager and making necessary arrangement for the driver and vehicle to convey the freight to their destination. You''ll also be using your observation skills as you inspect the products and ensure that freights are safely loaded and documented before dispatch. Job Responsibilities Receive orders for shipment from customers or senior managers Receive report about vehicle or freight damage, accident, and emergency situations Ensure that damaged freight is replaced for customers Relay reports and work orders to the supervisor Ensure timely dispatch of freights Inspect inbound freight to ensure compliance in quality and quantity of goods received with the description on the bill of laden Take inventory to ascertain the stock of goods remaining Answer customers queries Maintain a friendly relationship with customers to ensure continuous patronage Maintain a friendly relationship with drivers to ensure steady compliance Plan pickup and delivery of orders in such a way as to minimize cost Analyzing and resolving problems Work in a team environment Accurately record, document, and communicate all processes Job details: Pay: $15.00 Schedule: M-F, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is a temp-to-hire position Candidates MUST include their resume to be considered for this position.
