Application Analyst

The US Marketing Application Analyst is accountable for providing technical-based systems support to our Marketing and Pricing organization. Primary responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service through the application of customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve vendor software, as well as in-house developed application, configurations, processes, interfaces, and add-on application issues. Additional key responsibilities to perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools, recommendations for improved procedures and policies, assistance to users in using and interpreting software tools and products, support in achieving departmental goals and objectives, ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes. This position provides a great opportunity for building relationships and networking across various businesses, IT organizations and understanding how US Marketing delivers value to the organization.
