Maintenance Supervisor - Commercial PropertyLivonia, MICompany is a high rise senior living facility.Pay Rate: Up to $27/hrTerms: Direct Hire / PermanentWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, light "on call" for emergencies.Job Duties:Supervises, coordinates and performs activities associated with the general maintenance of a multi-unit residential property of higher complexity. Supervises and coordinates efforts of the maintenance staff (2 employees)Recommends new hires, discipline, and contributes to performance appraisal. Responsible for training, coaching, and communications to the maintenance staff. Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, Carpentry of doors, moldings and door jams, drywall repairs, pluming and basic electrical terface with contractors and vendors. Depending on property needs, creates written specifications and secures bids for services in accordance with established bid process. Solicits bids, negotiates with vendors for goods and services. Experience Required: 5 + years experience in maintaining and repairing commercial or multi-unit residential property.Must have General HVAC knowledge.Must have a valid Drivers LicenseEducation Required: High school diploma / GED
