The Analyst, Operations must be passionate about improving organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through linking metrics to recommended actions, processes, and shifts that will result in KPI and business improvements.This role provides operational support to management, plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the services team, and develops processes and procedures to support the management of professional services projects and participates in the development of requirements for professional services automation tools and support systems. The Analyst, Operations also maintains information of services activities that support services performance metrics and services process improvement and provides reporting and data analysis for measuring and tracking of key performance metrics. The Analyst, Operations reports to the Vice President of Operations.Primary Responsibilities Include: Oversees operational analysis and is accountable for planning and gathering strategic business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Insurance Technologies Works with leaders to develop and improve existing KPI dashboard reporting. Publishes insights and proactively creates reports to advance the business. Supports continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing capacity, metrics, and reporting to make recommendations and drive decisions to improve the organization''s contributions to company gross margins. Provides insights through interpreting data trends Weekly and monthly utilization reporting. Metrics and insights are continuously evolved to ensure the right metrics that drive desired business outcomes Time Sheet compliance and project code tracking and reporting Tracking project profitability, burndowns, and reporting of project results and associated ROIs Preparation of analytical dashboards and business insights Act as system administrator for time tracking and project codes (OpenAir) Act as system governance administrator for Jira Education and Experience Required: Bachelor''s degree in business, information technology/computer sciences, or equivalent preferred Degree in management a plus 2 years'' experience in a dashboard developer/business operations analyst role SixSigma Yellow Belt certification a plus Advanced skills with including Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications. Professional Qualifications - Skills and Abilities Required: Reporting subject matter and business process improvement professional with a demonstrated track record of turning data into actionable programs focused on key outcomes related to efficiency, cost savings, and improving the experience of the employees utilizing its measurement dashboards and management processes Fully proficient in theories & process efficiencies. Follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems Knowledge of Professional Services Automation Tools - OpenAir experience preferred Expert knowledge of Excel and related reporting tools. PowerBI preferred.
