Warehouse Planner/Scheduler

Overview We are hiring for a Warehouse Scheduler/Planner. As the Warehouse Scheduler/Planner you will be responsible for the daily review and release of deliveries and order closure in SAP. They will primarily monitor within SAP: Z_Wave (order release monitor) and VLO6o (delivery status) as well as provide support to the other Planner/Scheduler. Maintain timely reply''s with emails and report issues to customer service and leadership team. Communicate daily workflow with the 3rd partywarehouse workforce. This position should have a basic understanding of both domestic and export documentation and transportation modes. External US Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:Monitor Z_wave, review detail of deliveries, release to floor and provide communication to 3rd party warehouse workforce. (40%)Review daily reports: VLO6o and complete monthly metrics. (10%)Follow up on orders, emails and communicate issues to customer service and (10%)Support Equipment Projects and increased workflow for Holiday Season (15%)Monitor shipment progress and communicate timely to Customer Service (10%)Prepare Intl documentation, SLI''s and works with agents/brokers on scheduling. (5%)Investigates and resolves issues related to missing or incorrect information, late pickups and/or deliveries, approves unplanned accessorial charges. (5%)Required skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution operations or equivalent Basic understand of transportation industry.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with many stakeholdersHigh school education or equivalentDesired experience SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WHKnowledge of and/or experience with TMS or routing systemsBasic knowledge of International logistics processes and procedures.
