We''ll offer you the guidance, training and support to reach your career goals, and the platform to implement your ideas.The RoleThe Sales Account Manager is responsible for prospecting, onboarding and developing accounts to ensure a continuous revenue stream through the placement of Salesforce contractors. Your role will encompass generating new, repeat and penetration business, the conversion of leads into business opportunities, delivering best in class customer service, and daily collaboration with the Salesforce Recruitment Team.This role is best suited for ambitious salespeople who care about customer success, enjoy consulting and problem solving, want the independence to build their contract book, and love working as a team to achieve a common goal.You will be supported by an experienced recruitment team who will be a constant source of expert candidates, warm leads and market intelligence to convert into business relationships. The role will require you to attend customer meetings and community events (in-person or virtual), and offer ideas and input into our target accounts and national strategy.Duties & Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and on-boarding new accounts Support the long-term business development of existing key accounts Own the end-to-end job process from order taking through to post-placement reviews Use targeted marketing, lead conversion and client outreach to create business opportunities Achieve top performance through individual KPI activities and collaboration with internal teams Provide expert advice around customer segmentation and account growth strategy Confidently articulate a range of staffing services to customers and consult on tailored talent solutions Represent the company at conferences, customer sites and key community eventsEssential Skills Contract recruitment experience within a specialist IT or engineering vertical market Experience of managing customers throughout the end-to-end contractor hiring process Experience opening new accounts Experience developing, retaining and growing accounts Customer facing sales through virtual and in-person meetingsDesirable Skills Contract recruitment experience within a CRM, ERP or enterprise application market Strong market mapping skills and ability to segment and prioritize target accounts Account penetration and cross-team collaboration to generate leads for other business units General understanding of contract recruitment terms of business Solution-oriented and ability to efficiently handle customer issues Lorien is an Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other factor determined to be unlawful under applicable law.
