Civil Engineer

PTAG is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to assist with its utility clients to plan, design and manage the execution of various Electrical Utility projects including rebuilding, expanding, and upgrading of existing aged substations, distribution, and transmission lines. These Utility assets are being upgraded to the latest standards to increase capacity, reliability, and security. These projects are estimated to take 3-5 years to complete. Location: Augusta, ME Type of Employment: Full Time Responsibilities: Grading and drainage design and review Foundation''s design and review Driveway and drive area design and review Overall site plan and truck/trailer access, specific review of mobile access plans Civil engineering lead and advisor for all projects and the capital program Requirements: Graduate of a Civil or Civil Engineering Bachelor''s degree. Engineering license required. 7 years or more of power utility systems civil engineering experience. Valid driver''s license required.
