Company: RACINE DANISH KRINGLEAs a Baker/ Production worker, you will be using a high-volume mixing machines, ovens, and other equipment to mass-produce standardized baked goods. Might be willing to operate large, automated machines, such as commercial mixers, ovens, and conveyors. They follow daily instructions for production schedules and recipes.Duties:Check the quality of ingredientsPrepare equipment for bakingMeasure and weigh flour and other ingredientsCombine measured ingredients in mixers or blendersKnead, roll, cut, and shape doughPlace dough in pans, molds, or on sheetsSet oven temperaturesPlace and bake items in hot ovens or on grillsObserve color and state of products being bakedApply glazes, icings, or other toppings using spatulas or brushes.Hours: 5:30 am -2:00 pm M-FPay: $14.00/HRIND123BenefitsTo be discussed at time of hire
