CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CommonSpirit Health is committed to creating healthier communities, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring every person has access to quality health care.ResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor works under the supervision of the unit/department Director.The Supervisor assists the Director in the day to day planning, organization, directing and supervision of personnel on their specialty unit(s).The Supervisor assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises patient care on their specialty unit(s).Rounds and resolves any patient/family needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies or direct approach.Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methodsMaintains clinical competency through a minimum of 15% scheduled clinical hours.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing required.Licensure: License to practice professional nursing in the state of North Dakota, or in a compact state.Experience: Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience required.LI-CHI
