Sales Operations Analyst

Element has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Americas Region''s commercial operating rhythm while partnering with Sales, IT, Finance, and Operations.This role will be involved with opportunity management, reporting and dashboards, sales process, sales initiatives, and sales enablement activities. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director, Americas, this role contributes to the Commercial and Americas Leadership teams in the day-to-day execution including reporting, processes, and tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to proactively solve problems and implement effective, scalable reporting and dashboard solutions. Responsibilities Leveraging data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic planningEnsure reporting, analytics and dashboard needs are met for the Commercial teamBuild and manage DCRM and PowerBI reports and dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses to help support the needs of the Commercial and Leadership teamsPartner with internal stakeholders to understand what data is useful for regular reviewCollaborate with IT and Commercial teams to make recommendations for improvements of systems and tools (DCRM, PowerBI, etc.) Skills / Qualifications Bachelor''s degree3+ years'' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Revenue Operations, or similar roleAdvanced knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and business analytics softwareSolid understanding of sales performance and financial metrics requiredLI-GC1 Diversity Statement At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
