As a Fleet Reporting & Analysis Manager, you will produce timely and accurate financial statements and operational reports for both the field and upper management necessary to make sound business decisions to maximize profits and return on investment. Support the management of the company by analyzing and interpreting financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Managing the preparation of financial statements and other monthly reports.• The timely distribution of financial statements to the management team• Responding to questions raised consequent to the distribution of the financial statements to the business.• Ensuring that all documentation complies with company''s regulations and professional standards.Verification of specific Balance Sheet accounts.• Supports Controller and CFO in directing budget and cost controls, financial analysis, and accounting procedures.• Participates in the organization, planning and preparation of auditing schedules.• Undertaking projects as assigned by Financial Controller and CFO.• Maintain the US Hyperion (Financial Reporting) database, organizational business structure and rollups.• Timely preparation and completion of annual budgets.• Load and maintain budget in Hyperion• Run the Wynne trial balance, load, review and verify month end numbers in Hyperion.• Maintenance and creation of G/L accounts and validates inclusion in Hyperion reports.• Review monthly performance reports for accuracy.• Receive feedback from profit centers from their monthly G/L review, respond to questions and produce journal entries if necessary.• Calculate and record Bulk and Scaffold shrinkage reserve. Review and book journals and accumulated depreciation for Bulk and scaffold transfers and disposals• Prepare Journals for interest and inter-company transactions• Post top-level Sunbelt entries• Supervise staff responsible for production of daily/weekly/monthly operational management reports.• Participate in preparation of monthly Senior Management Reporting package which includes financial statement analysis of actual performance versus prior year and budget, as well as other key management reports.• Perform other duties assigned as by the Financial Controller.QUALIFICATIONS:• 4-year degree• Minimum 5 years working experience in a related field, with emphasis in accounting, business analytics and financial reporting and analysis.• Supervisory experience.• Computer experience to include Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Lotus and Hyperion.• AS 400 experience a plus.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.The above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job.
