Job Description

HR Operations Coordinator:•Collaborates with the Director, Administration and HR Operations to build-out and document HR systems, programs, and policies.•Contributes to the development and implementation of data analytics and reporting strategies.•Works closely with and supports other HR leaders, managers, and colleagues on projects and requested tasks, including but not limited to payroll, performance management, onboarding, compensation, health and welfare benefits, equity administration, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.•Acquires and maintains knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding benefits, compensation, and leave administration and emerging trends.•Supports ongoing efforts to document, align and improve people policies and compliance matters (e.g., employee manual, policies, state/federal regulations).•Inputs, supports, maintains data integrity across all systems in the Human Resources function for all employees•Prepares and maintains employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.•Prepares, maintains, and distributes various reports on a monthly or ad hoc basis.''
