HRIS Specialist - Paylocity Summary: A CRG client, well known for their commercial cleaning services, is seeking an HRIS Specialist with strong knowledge of Paylocity to help with implementation of the HRIS platform. This individual will partner with the HR Manager and other leaders to consolidate data from multiple sources and systems into a streamlined process through Paylocity. Location: Charlotte, NC - Olde Whitehall area Position Type: 3-6-week contract Compensation: $30 / hour Responsibilities: Serve as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations in Paylocity Work closely with other subject matter experts ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and reporting and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities Train staff members and leaders on new processes and functionalities within Paylocity Train new system users in Paylocity Education and Experience 3+ years of experience using Paylocity Demonstrated knowledge of HR functional operations and HR information systems, principles, methods, and practices Knowledge and demonstrated skill in data and database management methods and practices Skill in planning, organizing, and managing workload and competing priorities Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in HR, information systems, or related functions Category Code: JN007
