Job Summary The Workforce Management Analyst is a key role that supports the department''s goal of being the centralized workforce center of excellence. This individual will support the business and Operations to optimize schedules through leveraging relevant business data feeds and historical trends. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as point of contact on workforce management processes Serve as subject-matter expert on workforce optimization initiatives Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of forecasting/scheduling software Undertake the update and maintenance of long/short term capacity plans Analyze schedule performance, forecast accuracy and underlying assumptions to ensure staffing demands are met Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities; develop recommendations on levers to pull to address such Ensure service level targets are met; maintain the right headcount, and calculate required capacity Maintain real time and historical reports containing performance data to support operations management Responsible for reporting data management activities around employee scheduling and forecasts Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on a variety of KPIs and operational metrics Qualifications Background in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management (Forecasting/Scheduling preferred) Excellent analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and communication skills including being an active listener Strong attention to detail Able to work with limited direction, be self-motivated and have a creative approach to problem solving Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels of the business Action oriented; Ability to adapt to change and implement quickly based on overall direction and needs of the company
