Remote - Call Center Specialist

We are looking for compassionate people for a remote call center position. This position is full-time Monday- Friday, starting at $15+/hr. You must live in the Louisville, Kentucky area. You will be responsible for gathering information about a caller?s concern and utilizing databases to quickly solve their problem. Addressing customers? questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills over the phone. You will also be responsible for entering data into systems to keep track of this process.
