We are looking for compassionate people for a remote call center position. This position is full-time Monday- Friday, starting at $15+/hr. You must live in the Louisville, Kentucky area. We offer: •Weekly Pay•Paid training•medical benefits after 60 days. •All equipment is provided! You will be responsible for gathering information about a caller?s concern and utilizing databases to quickly solve their problem. Addressing customers? questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills over the phone. You will also be responsible for entering data into systems to keep track of this process. What YOU bring to the table: •Computer proficiency •High school diploma or equivalent•1+ years of customer service experience required (call center preferably especially with a medical insurance background) We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
