Your future starts now.Under general supervision, performs Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for incoming cash, new accounts, account maintenance, and disbursement transactions for the Mutual Fund IRA line of business. The role will also perform transaction processing for these functions. What twill you do:Performs daily quality assurance and processing for the Mutual Fund IRA. Transactions include disbursements, cash deposit transactions, maintenance, and new accounts. The quality assurance includes data entry, verification of system data, and ensuring that all transactions were processed appropriately. Processes daily reports and audits that ensure the overall quality of the business. Assists with quarterly Great-West Trust audits.Performs quality assurance and processing support of Secure Foundation, Smart Future, and similar products. Participates in project work to support business initiatives. Reviews related forms to ensure approvals are correct. As a subject matter expert, assists with training new operations associates. Performs additional tasks as needed based on business needs.What will you bring:Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experienceFINRA 6 registration permitted, but not required. Corporate-established timelines apply to permitted registrations.FINRA fingerprinting required.What will set you apart:Minimum one (1) year experience in a related function such as cash processing or general accounting Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Ability to collaborate and work with teammates to accomplish daily deliverables. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
