Job Description:Position supports the Treasury Data Management - Treasury Products team. Qualified candidates must be able to manage a portfolio of work to meet objectives, and be self-directed, collaborative, analytical and proactive in execution and problem resolution. The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for:Managing a portfolio of BAU and Initiative project work engaging to ensure project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables are metIdentifying impacts on the organization, challenging and recommending solutions to problems being addressed, and providing input to Initiative and BAU project teams to an optimal solutionManaging, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery planEngaging with business and technical stakeholders at varied levels to align on key objectives and providing input to proactively highlight and mitigate risksCoordinating subject matter expertise to drive delivery through a wide matrix-management environmentDeveloping an environment where all requests are executed with the proper level of data controls including, but not limited to, engagement with stakeholders to identify needs and implementation of a full suite of controls - DQ, DV, Recon, Trend, etc.Required skills:2+ years of experience in a Finance, Front/Middle/Back Office, Trade Control, or Accounting role, and associated subject matter expertiseBachelor''s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent degree) - or related work experienceAbility to quickly develop additional subject matter expertise across a broad spectrum of issues and data domainsMust be able to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing requirements, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressureExcellent written communication skills with ability to target messaging to diverse audiencesStrong verbal communication skills for setting expectations and influencing teams to deliverHighly organized with the ability to effectively multi-task and manage deliverablesStrong ability to establish relationships with peers across teams and influence/lead diverse groups to achieve desired resultsResults oriented with demonstrated ability to drive action and sustain momentumSuperior skills with Excel, PowerPoint, VisioIntermediate SQL skillsWide ranging knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulationsDesired Skills:Experience with initiatives and/or deliverables related to Financial Data Management and Regulatory ReportingAdvanced SQL skillsHands-on data and process analysis skills - ability to independently research problems, determine root causes and propose solutionsJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:2000 --> Job Description:Position supports the Treasury Data Management - Treasury Products team.
