Linen rental company in SW Chicago (near Midway airport) is seeking Customer Service Rep to support their team.PAY: $18/hourLOCATION: near 47th and CiceroSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pmRESPONSIBILITIES:Responds to Calls, Emails, Requests regarding customer service issuesPrints Special Orders given by phone, emails, order forms, and/or tabletDistributes Specials to Route paperwork & Depot teamPrints daily reports, invoices, settlement sheetsPrepares & distributes Route paperwork (includes separating Regular invoices & Settlement Register sheets)Requests Non-embroidery garment ordersConsolidates non-embroidery garment orders from customers, route reps, and managers into one form to be passed along to Garment departmentReceives daily garment inventory sheet.
