Responsibilities The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for the operational aspects and data input into the LMS to ensure database integrity, accuracy, and user access and output of required data. This includes working with other interdepartmental LMS positions, LMS vendor(s), user groups, training users and other users to achieve learning objectives and optimal functionality of the LMS. Works to ensure proper usage of LMS and serves as a point of contact for administration and enforcement of LMS processes. The LMS Specialist works with subject matter experts to create and deliver online learning content and serves as a technical liaison with customers and third-party vendors of online learning modules.
