Design Studio Consultant Performance Objectives:Aligns with team congruency and culture Demonstrates the 10 Core Disciplines of the Platform (Retail Experience, Product Portfolio, Client Experience, Team Synergy, Design Studio Client Selections, Showcase & Model Home Selections, Gate Conformance, Market Team Leadership, Market Team Meetings, TA/Builder Certification)Achieves daily and weekly final selection appointments as set by Design Studio Manager and/or Operations Partner - Design StudioAssists clients through their selection appointments addressing questions and setting proper expectations for product, process, and priceDocuments collection, elevation, and floor plan collateral, along with detailed notation of color and style selections accurately in the PlatformMonitors home pre-appraisal amounts to ensure conformance with established budget and community guidelines, and communicates nonconformance to Credit department Maintains continued communication with all clients after selections as needed during the building processEnsures that client experience throughout Design Studio process is fully aligned with corporate standards and objectivesAssists clients through preview and spec sold appointments as neededCompletes True Custom client selections for Integrity, Elements, Tribute and Traditions collections per contract and market guidelinesAttends quarterly Design Studio meetings and Corporate gatherings in Monroe Serves as back-up and team player to assist in executing operational tasks of: GCOs, auditing, processing paperwork, folder preparation etc. for other markets. Answers the Design Studio Hotline and resolves questions within 24 hoursOrders Design Studio supplies as neededPerforms other duties as needed or requiredQualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience requiredOne to three years of experience in home design, new home construction, or related fieldStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeHigh sense of urgencyProfessional verbal and written communication requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
