Your future starts now.Provide long-term absence coverage for the primary point of contact for Advisors/Partners in a defined territory including role as Relationship Manager on plans generally less than $5 million in assets.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:As geographical territories are vacant for any reason including MyTime, leave of absence and turnover will serve as temporary primary point of contact for Advisors/Partners in a defined territory within the Core Market (typically plans $0 to $25 million) ensuring retention and growth. May have a sampling of small advisor plans assigned for learning purposes. In this temporary capacity will:Act as the Partner Advocate and provide relationship management expertise to assigned plans within the territory. Responsibilities include: plan review and design, plan pricing, product placement and participant education coordination. Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver solutions to Advisor/Partner questions and needs. Partner Advocates generally work with emerging advisors within a territory.Employees will need to demonstrate iniative in problem solving for Advisors/Partners, plan sponsors and internal staff. Employees should learn and practice explaining complex industry related issues and provide alternate solutions.Demonstrated capability to solve escalated or complex issues with supervision and guidance.Delivery is primarily demand based and predominantly reactive.Over time and commensurate with experience, employee is expected to demonstrate overall proficiency, self-reliance and resourcefullness in a volume environment. EDUCATION:Bachelor''s Degree in Business or related discipline preferredREGISTRATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:FINRA Series 6 & 63 required within GWRS established timelines. FINRA fingerprinting required.OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:2 years'' Financial Services experience.Beginner to intermediate retirement plan documentation and investment knowledge.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clients, intermediaries and participants.Ability to work independently within a team environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectivelyNormal Office Working ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as but not limited to; computers, phones. May be required to perform local travel (up to 10%).While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
