You''ll be responsible for building backend Java microservices as well as improving our data streaming and data ingestion capabilities. We are seeking engineers that in addition to strong Java experience also have extensive experience working with either databases or data ingestion / data streaming tools to finetune data processing capabilities in the cloud. We hire tech agnostically and look for talented engineers with strong understanding of engineering and development, but our tech stack consists of Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kafka, Storm, Samza, Hadoop, Hbase, Cassandra, and Snowflake, Kotlin, and Golang. Qualifications: 1-4 years of development experience, preferably with Java microservices Experience building and connecting REST API endpoints Experience optimizing databases and streamlining data ingestion (Hbase, SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc) BS in Computer Science or related fieldPlusses: Cloud experience, preferably with AWS Exposure to standing up CI/CD pipelines Data streaming experience with tools like Kafka, Storm, or Spark Cloud data warehouse experience with Snowflake or related toolsInterested in hearing more?
