Responsibilities The Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer III will work with the Security Architect to mature and enhance the existing IAM program. This individual will collaborate and coordinate with IT staff and project managers to ensure the program and its associated projects are planned for a successful transition to production support.The Senior IAM engineer is responsible for all aspects of the build and successful implementation of Identity Access Management and Privilege Access Management tools.• Ensures technology solutions are compliant with internal requirements and regulatory guidelines• Analyze current IAM technology environment to identify deficiencies, controls & recommend solutions• Provide Tier III support for IAM/PAM services• Implement emerging IAM and PAM technologies• Responsible for working with the vendor partners or internal teams to design and deliver IAM solutions.• Collaborate with the security architect to create/maintain the IAM roadmap• Responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to the other team members• Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
