Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator About the Company & Opportunity Extremely stable, private equity backed entertainment company with multiple locations nationwide as well as three countries Extremely low turnover rate, employees boast growth at rapid speed, competitive salary and benefit packages Throughout COVID, acquired 4+ additional business and continued employee growth Fun, family-oriented culture Position will sit in Long Island City, NY In office Monday through Friday with flexible timing available Responsibilities: Assist with weekly payroll responsibilities for both New York and New Jersey employees, in areas such as timesheet maintenance, accuracy of wages and bonuses, ensuring correct federal and state calculations and deductions Timely respond to employee payroll-related questions Communicate with managers regarding PTO requests Assist with union payroll requests Handle HR related matters such as onboarding, compliance training, workers compensation, 401k Experience Preferred: 3+ years of experience of related experience in payroll / human resources or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Paycom a plus if you would like to be considered for this position, please reach out to Ashley DeSimone, [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
