Community discounts, gym subsidies, free tickets to shows Mid-size Finance and Accounting team with clear growth path Management has open door policy and encourages new ideas, better procedures, and growth Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Daily management and processing of contributed revenue into Tessitura Manage daily review and production of contribution receipts Daily journal entries in Multiview software for contributed revenue Maintain and prepare monthly fundraising projections and perform analysis as needed Weekly cash flow reports for cash received from fund raising activities Manage pledges receivable and govt receivables Prepare monthly aging report, variance analysis and benchmarking Provide gift processing and production support as needed for membership contributions Experienced in DEI concepts, programs and initiatives Experience Preferred 3+ years of accounting experience, non-profit a plus Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines Knowledge of Tessitura or Similar CRM database Experience with Multiview financial software a plus Salary $70K Please contact Lisa Pantoja, Executive Recruiter for consideration. - [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
