Review equipment requirements with the project managerReview monthly subcontractor pay applications to ensure progress in line with actual work installedCoordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors. Manage the preparation of the CPM baseline, and monthly CPM schedule updatesConduct Weekly Subcontractor Coordination Meetings with all on-site and projected on-site subcontractor supervisionExpedite vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identify and resolve construction problems as they develop. Keep the project on scheduleMaintain accurate time-keeping and cost recordsMaintain safety standards and working environmentCloseout the project in compliance with the contract documentsRequirements:BS in Construction Management or related degree preferred, but not required5+ years of superintendent experienceMultifamily type of construction experience is a mustStrong Site and Civil skills are a mustExperience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production in all phases of constructionExcellent communication and organizational skillsOpen to travel if neededInterested in hearing more?
