We will always strive for improvement, our motto since day one has been "Success is the only option."JOB SUMMARY:Under general direction, provides high-level legal administrative support for the Branch Operations executive team, performing a variety of responsible secretarial, technical, and administrative functions; performs other related duties as assigned.This position will support Executives in both Lawrenceville GA and Covington GA and must be able to work in each location.MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages office details by relieving the Branch Operations Executive team of routine requests and matters; follows established rules and procedures in responding to requests and redirecting items to other staff members.Schedules related appointments; coordinates activities of numerous departments insuring functions that are scheduled do not conflict with existing or planned events; makes arrangements for all travel, including conferences, workshops, and board meetings.Schedules and coordinates travel/conference arrangements and administers expense reporting and credit card reconciliation. Prints, compiles and maintains folders and documents of relevant materials for meetings and needs to anticipate what will be needed.Execute routine projects within general guidelines and instruction.Establish and maintain files and recordsScreens incoming correspondence and phone calls responds independently when possible.Deal discreetly with confidential information.Assist in solving problems and answering questions.May be required to coordinate the workflow of other clerical positions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:High school graduate or GED required6 or more years'' experience in an Executive support positionExcellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong knowledge of spelling and grammar), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skillsExhibited ability to work independently and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, & PowerPoint with acceptable keyboarding skillsThe ability to deal with complex situations which requires sound judgmentAbility to operate office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)Superior attention to detail and capability to prioritize and focus on completing tasks and assignments, capability to maintain quality while skillfully handling multiple tasksMay require flexibility of work hours, including after-hours support as needed to resolve travel issues and new meeting prioritiesPREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor''s degreeExpert level use of Microsoft Excel and other office productsWORKING CONDITIONS:Normal office environmentIf you are interested in a fast paced, high growth, team oriented and great culture environment, you''ll enjoy a career with us!
