Comprehensive benefits & compensation package.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing in accordance with GAAP. Manages the preparation of quarterly financial statements. Assists with creating budgets, reports variances to budget, financial forecasts, and reports results to the executive team. Prioritize invoices according to available cash and payment terms. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies. Complete all general ledger accounting such as accruing for property taxes, insurance, and other property expenses. Executes processes for monthly close, incorporating the company''s templates and tools. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
