Highly regarded real estate investment company Excellent leadership team focused on mentorship and development Competitive compensation and benefits package Track record of success and continued growthJob DetailsResponsibilities: Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and year end closings, including supporting schedules, financial review, variance analysis and the prompt resolution of issues Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the GAAP, Tax and Fair Value basis of accounting Assistance with reporting to management, investors and lenders Cash flow monitoring and management Preparation of annual property and fund level budgets Review and approval of certain property expenses such as real estate taxes, insurance and capital costs Billing and collection of the annual CAM/Tax reconciliations Oversight of the lease administration, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, to ensure compliance with the Company''s policies and procedures Ad hoc reporting as neededRequirements: At least 3 years of experience with commercial real estate accounting Bachelor in Accounting or Finance Solid understanding of Financial Statements and of GAAP Strong working knowledge of Excel Experience with YardiInterested in hearing more?
