Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Be accountable for identifying market needs and deeply understanding the needs of our prospects and customers Be the voice of the customer on cross-functional teams Own key tracks in the company product roadmap Write product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories and prioritize them collaboratively with your team Consistently groom your backlog so you can respond quickly to the needs of customers and partners Work with key stakeholders to craft user value propositions, define solutions, and drive operational improvements Assist with the creation of training, sales support, demos and marketing communication material for major product releasesMinimum Qualifications 5+ years of Enterprise Product Management experience SaaS and platform experience A strong understanding of agile software development processes like Kanban or Scrum Deep understanding of web and mobile app usage analytics Bachelor''s degree Bonus Skills: VSaaS (video surveillance as a service) experience Knowledge of cloud-based video, VMS, video analytics and/or Edge analytics Understanding of IT networking, network security and compliance Experience working with AI or MLInterested in hearing more?
