Bookkeeper: West Nashville - full time - 55K Our client, a leader in construction and parts fabrication, in West Nashville, has a need for a Bookkeeper. Responsibilities: Record day to day financial transactions; complete monthly closing process Account reconciliations, GL ownership Record and pay expense reports, per diems, credit card charges, cash receipts etc. Select and prepare sales/ use tax forms Pay and own vendor invoicing and communication Some AR and sales reports generation Requirements: At least 3-5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience Metaltrax experience is a PLUS MS Office 365 experience Minimum Associate degree or equivalent education in Accounting or Finance
