Billing & Revenue Specialist

We are currently working with a highly-respected Southwest Metro Company who is growing/expanding and is currently looking for an experienced, full-time Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist to join their accounting team. This organization has a reputation for professional development and for providing opportunities for advancement.Job Description: The Accounts Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist oversees and coordinates billing and timely collection of outstanding invoices, reconciliation to the general ledger, and compilation of accounts receivable reports.Duties and Responsibilities: Produce and provide customers with accurate invoices in a timely manner. Prepare construction statements, lien waivers, and provide miscellaneous invoice back up. Generate and distribute weekly AR aging and billing reports to management and project teams. Build and maintain relationships with client finance teams. Work with Project Managers and Project Accountants to ensure accurate recording/accounting of outstanding client billings. Maintain accounts receivable customer files, records, and reports. Other projects and duties as assigned. Skills/Requirements: Minimum of 2 years accounting/accounts receivable experience. Associates Degree in Accounting or higher is preferred (but not required). Construction industry accounting experience a plus. Must be detail oriented, with strong multitasking skills and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a customer service oriented attitude with the ability to work closely with internal and external project teams
