ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review and analyze Avalara settings, results and reports to ensure accurate processing of sales tax Perform all accounting functions related to financial reporting and record keeping of sales tax filing Prepare requested Audit documents Prepare sales reports and payments for sales-based fees and taxes Reconciliation of general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries as needed Preferred Qualifications for the Corporate Accountant: 3+ years of accounting experience Relevant Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Intermediate Excel skills Working knowledge of Avalara and Netsuite is a plus Timing is everything.
