Periodic reporting preparation including US GAAP and IFRS Financial Statements Financial statement improvement making sure statements comply with current SEC requirements Research, develop and implement policy and procedures relating to FASB, GAAP and IFRS Present to upper management on evolving public reporting requirements and trends Ad hoc analysis and reporting Qualifications of the Senior Accountant would include: 4+ years accounting experience in the insurance and reinsurance space Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics CA, CMA or CPA preferred US GAPP and IFRS familiarity a must, US GAPP and IFRS statement prep experience a plus Steller management and interpersonal skills Top notch verbal and written communication abilities
