Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing? As a Business Operations Projects Manager, you will support the Regional VP APAC Business Operations in developing and executing on new product/project initiatives, project sales launches, technology project implementations and any innovation and optimization goals; act as a catalyst to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales and Marketing operations by developing standard operating procedures, performance insights/analytics and strategic plans to streamline operations, fuel sales growth, and deliver on innovative initiatives. You will support the leadership in setting strategic vision for and managing cross-functional projects; provide leadership timely feedbacks and recommendations based on the analysis and observations; and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, productivity, efficiency, and confidentiality. In addition, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives and performance metrics in order to drive the business and to support the Sales and Marketing functions. This is a highly visible role as you will work closely with the senior leadership members, regional and Corporate office. What will it be like to be a Team Member..... To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: BA/BS/Bachelor''s Degree 3-5 years of related experience 1-3 years of Business Operations experience Able to work flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to set priorities and handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 5-7 years of related experience 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Experience in Vacation Ownership industry Experience with Voice, Oracle, Hyperion and/or Cognos We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
