Job Description

Office/Project Coordinator responsibilities:• Maintains master vendor list verifying new vendors are properly authorized.• Obtain vendor COI''s and W-9''s ensuring compliance with company requirements.• Manage the AP process• Follow up with Director of Construction to make sure all change orders are entered• Work with the Director of Construction to draft owner billings.• Contact Contractors for lien waivers as required and ensure proper lien releases are obtained from vendors before payment. Track any Lien notices• Collect and distribute all project close-out documents. • Maintain and distribute meeting minutes and agendas for project meetings and weekly manager''s meetings • Assist Director of Construction with utility set up and transfer to clients• Assist the Director of Construction with day-to-day management activities. • Obtain and distribute weekly project updates including Contractor reports and photos. Office Manager Role• Receive and sort mail• Keep office tidy and stocked with office materials• Coordinate IT needs with 3rd Party IT VendorPreferred Qualifications for the Construction Project & AP Coordinator:• 5-10 + Years of Construction Experience Salary - $50,000-$70,000 + bonusBenefits for employee 100% paid forOpportunity to invest in projectsGreat leadership - in-office role with flexibility
