You will need HVAC skills from working primarily in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, institutional, or other large facility settings that have systems and equipment Description: The ideal candidate will have proven abilities in the following areas: Demonstrated evidence of a strong commitment to completing exceptional quality work using the highest standards, requirements, and safe work practices Three or more years of experience with HVAC maintenance and repair, including maintenance of air handler units, belt-driven exhaust fans, DX split systems and rooftop package units Strong overall mechanical skills, ability to proactively identify mechanical issues such as worn bearings, shafts, belts, etc. Ability to properly maintain mechanical equipment by cleaning and lubricating to O&M specifications. Ability to read and understand O&M manuals to apply the correct maintenance for each system. Experience with work order management technologies, such as Maintenance Connection, Maximo, or similar systems.
