Overview of the Controller role: Coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. Oversee Grants and grant compliance from various sources. Work with department managers and staff to develop future business plans for the company Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a multi-entity environment Oversee companies banking relationships Enjoy all the functions of being a Controller without the responsibility of managing! Preferred Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree Advanced knowledge of accounting practices Experience using Yardi is a PLUS CFSNOV2021 Timing is everything.
