Process up to 100+ accounts payable request daily in Great Matching, batching, and coding for up to 17 different locations. Audit and approve all vouchers for payment Work with procurement team for processing of purchase orders Responsible for 3-way match process for invoices Accounts Payable will answer all vendor inquiries. Analyze vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Setup and maintain vendors and ACH requests for accounts Reconciliations and assist in monthly closings What The Company Needs in An Accounts Payable Specialist: 3+ years of recent high volume accounts payable experience Large ERP knowledge is needed (Great Plains is a PLUS) Experience working with purchase orders Personable and friendly Likes working with a team
