Property Accountant About the company Our client is a privately held Real Estate firm managing and investing in high-net-worth properties throughout the country. Their portfolio consists of mixed use, retail, and industrial properties. It''s a great opportunity to join the team and enhance your skills through hands on training. You''ll work with a team who truly enjoy what they do on a daily basis. Employees have been with the firm for many years. They''re currently on a Hybrid schedule and are in the office Wednesdays and Fridays but will be in the office full time in January. Key responsibilities: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Record adjusting and accrual entries Monitor cash balances Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP principles Prepare forecasts, financials, and budgets Ability to review leases for compliance Must have strong communication skills Qualifications: 2+ years experience Experience using Yardi and have the ability to read and interpret a lease Must have the ability to communicate professionally with members of the team at all levels Experience out of Real Estate and Property Management a must Must be fully vaccinated Please contact Executive Recruiter, Lisa Pantoja at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] if you would like to apply to this position. indeed
