The payrate is $16.00/hr **Must have 2 years Manufacturing Experience** 1ST shift hours are 6:30AM 2:45PM 1ST shift OT hours are 5:15AM 2:45PM Saturday OT hours start at 5AM and would be a 6 or 8 hour shift Steel toe boots required Job Description: Make suggestions to supervisors for improvements associated with assigned work. Maintain a clean and orderly work area per Hubbells 6S policy. Follow instructions; both written and verbal; from the lead person and production supervisors. Assist with maintenance of equipment in work area. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Provide assistance and training to other employees in assigned work area. Assist management in keeping supplies on order. Inspect own work for conformity to standards. Assist in other areas as necessary.
