Permit Coordinator Performance Objectives:Order Plot Plans - ensure approved by Division ManagerCreate, send out and track Plot Plan NotesUtilities: Temp Service, Underground Plow ins, Final PowerManage any issues or payments to Utility companies that production team needs to keep going while informing DM and ACM of all special requests.ACM to approve special payment requests and or determine back chargesMaintains & updates permit status for all jobs in ARCPrepares/submits all fees, plans, and letters necessary in the permitting processMark Field plans after BP complete, scan, save, copy for field folderMake permit box label stickerProvide the necessary plans, permits, and other information in field folders to start the homeReview folders per pre-construction checklists (2)Create schedules with appropriate exclusions.Correct any scheduling issues once job is in field (exclusions/Inclusions, supplier changes when possible)Tuesday/Friday morning starts emailBackground Profile for a Permit Coordinator:Associate or bachelor''s degree preferred1-3 years'' experience in a professional construction environment required1-3 years'' experience in administrative/project coordination role preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPointHigh attention to detail and analytical skills requiredCreative problem-solving skills requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredMust have reliable transportation and valid state driver''s license
