Leasing Consultant

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our client in Hayward. The property is a market rate property in Hayward. Hours for the role are Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This position can potentially be temp-to-hire for the right candidate.The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the following duties:Answer questions for prospective tenants via phone and email.Lead potential tenants on property tours.Qualify prospective tenants.Assist with generating marketing and advertising materials.Qualifications:Leasing experience preferred.Good oral and written communication puter proficient.1+ years of sales/customer service experience.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
