Maintenance Associate

Job Purpose: perform maintenance work, handyman services, and specialized labor such as forklift operation and truck driving. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Assist with new store setups and store renovations Troubleshoot issues reported by store staff at the direction of the Help Desk Update Help Desk Coordinator on work progress and results Perform basic repairs and maintenance in our facilities Understand maintenance priorities and follow direction Assist the facilities department in effort to maintain and develop Company assets Drive box truck (up to 26'') as needed Scope: This role encompasses all stores in the chain. CB Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Must maintain accurate, complete records of work done, work requested, and work in progress Strong communications skills. Will be communicating with store staff, corporate staff, maintenance staff, and outside vendors Knowledge of facilities and maintenance. Will need to problem solve and operate independently at times Must have valid IL driver''s license and safe, clean driving record Either have or willing to obtain CDL license Background in maintenance/handyman work preferred Flexible work hours required CB
