Production 1st shift

Primary Functions : Must maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with company policy. Ability to work with others in a team environment. Know printing capabilities of hot stamp, pad print, and silk screen machines. Provide knowledge and expertise for set up on screen machines, pad print machine and ovens and perform the adjustments necessary to produce quality products. Know and understand product barcoding for different selling/packaging levels. Maintain written procedures, standards, and follow as required. Provide knowledge and expertise for set up on screen machine, pad print machine and ovens and perform the adjustments necessary to produce quality products to team members as needed. Assist fellow teammates in maintaining neat, clean, organized and a safe department. Secondary Functions: Review the work orders to assure all orders are accounted for and check them for proper sequencing. Obtain the necessary artwork, quantity of product and color of printing. Contact customer service to verify any questionable work order notes. Ability to effectively respond to artwork questions from Value-Added associates Communicate with Customer Service on status of artwork changes or additions Additional Responsibilities: Keep machines in top operating conditions, notifying maintenance or supervision of any necessary repairs. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities preferred: Good organizational skills Ability to work quickly and independently without supervision. Ability to read work orders, procedures and policies, and follow documentation as required.
